The Haas TCM provides an optional Chemicals Management
Information system known as Haastrac®. In addition to providing
all of the purchasing, accounting, and inventory functions necessary
for the operation of the Chemical Management program, Haastrac®
provides a variety of unique features specifically designed to enhance
the management of information. Over the years it has been a huge
success with our automotive customers.
Haastrac® features include:
• A complete purchasing system including
up to date inventory levels, tracking throughout the complex, low
stock reports, material transfers, outside warehouse inventory control,
and audit capabilities.
• Built-around-a-product database that
includes all hazardous material information, breakdown of hazardous
ingredients, reporting requirements, multiple users, and multiple
• A "Clearance" module which
verifies all orders with respect to hazardous material information,
user access to materials, training requirements, and compatibility.
• Provides a direct link to Haas Corporate
accounting system for accurate and timely handling of payables and
